2. During the first days as your stomach starts to adjust to the cleansing process it is possible to experience bloating, cramps or diarrhea, so you might need go to the bathroom during the night or in the first hour after you wake up
3. When the bloating, cramps or diarrhea start to become milder or stop completely you can increase the daily dose of 15 Day Cleanse to maximum 2 capsules with at least 8 oz. of water. In case you notice that the 2 capsules are not well tolerated and the bloating, cramps or diarrhea return, you can always go back to 1 capsule
4. Please note that 15 Day Cleanse pills are meant to help the body eliminate waste, therefore the body will lose minerals fast. It is important to increase your water intake to stay hydrated.
